On this guided tour you will zip along the new bike path by the Bay to Fort Point where
you can enjoy a snack at the Warming Hut before proceeding up to the bridge. Then, just kick
up the throttle on your eco-friendly electric bike and enjoy the effortless ascent to the Bridge
without breaking a sweat.
Take in the panoramic views of the City and the Bay as you bike over the Golden Gate Bridge!
Then it's a fun downhill coast into Sausalito where you can enjoy great food, shops, and sunshine
before heading back to San Francisco on the ferry boat. These cool electric bikes will make your

Electric Bike Tour Details:
Overview:
After your bike fitting, safety orientation, and test drive, you'll be ready
for your exhilarating 3.5 to 4 hour adventure to begin. Our knowledgeable guides will
share the diverse history of the area with you as you pedal and cruise along the
scenic Bay Trail. Ages 16 and up are welcome.
Distance to Sausalito: 8 miles / 13 km.
Level of difficulty: Beginner/Intermediate.

Fees are $70.00 per person. $60.50 for the bike tour plus
$9.50 for the return ferry. Advance reservations are required.
Departure Dates and Times:
10:00 AM Daily. We require a minimum of 4 guests to run the Bike Tour.
Individual reservations will be combined into groups of 4 as needed. Please indicate an alternate date
and time on order form. All tours start on time, so please arrive 15 minutes early.
Closed January 1, November 26th (Thanksgiving), December 25th and 31st.
Tour Length:
Bike fitting and training takes 15 minutes. Tours are approximately 3 hours.
Total: 3.5 - 4 hours including the training time and return ferry ride. During the busy Summer season
training time may be slightly longer. Weekend Ferry departure time is 20 minutes later than Weekday Schedule.
Electric Bike Tour Sights and Stops
Your guided bike tour starts in Fisherman's Wharf near Aquatic Park. Route features spectacular views of the
San Francisco Bay while you visit and explore:
- Fort Mason with its beautiful vistas of Alcatraz into the Marina
- Marina Green with views of the Palace of Fine Arts
- Bay trail / Golden Gate promenade along Chrissy Field in the Presidio National Park.
- A quick stop at the Warming Hut bookstore/cafe for a break and chance to
take in the expanse of the Golden Gate Bridge.
- Another stop at Fort Point to check out the surfers and then ascend to the Vision Plaque to learn about
the amazing concepts and visionaries behind the construction of this majestic landmark.
- 1.7 mile of biking excitement as you cross over the bridge. You will have to pedal on the Bridge.
- A Stop at Vista Point where you can look back to the San Francisco skyline
and view your great biking achievement.
- From Vista Point it's downhill to beautiful Sausalito famous for its eclectic shops, art galleries,
great restaurants, and funky houseboat community. Depending on ferry boat schedule
we will have around 30-45 minutes in Sausalito.
- Return to Pier 41 in Fisherman's Wharf on the 35 minute Blue and Gold Fleet
Ferry trip with your guide.
- A short ride through Fisherman's Wharf from Pier 41 back to the starting
location.
Departure Location:
Tours depart from the rear parking lot at
757 Beach Street
near the corner of Hyde Street. Located across Beach Street from the Hyde Street Cable Car turn around in
Fisherman's Wharf.
Our training area is behind a building and is not visible until you are standing at the end of the driveway. There is a Wells Fargo ATM (red Sign) at the driveway entrance.
